“After many years of working and traveling for other places/clubs/restaurants, I wanted to open my own business. My goal was to bring the true taste of Italian cooking to this city, along with my own food creation and some new twists on traditional Italian dishes, to showcase my passion and love for Italian cuisine. My philosophy for this business is very simply; to give great food and service! Everything my staff and I do cater to the needs of my guests. I believe in using the best ingredients in my cooking; there should never be “shortcuts” when it comes to creating a great dish.
